Bargaining Update

Yesterday, July 27, 2017, IBEW Local 94 and the bargaining committee met with the Company. Previously, on June 28, 2017, the Union presented the Company with a comprehensive economic proposal which included establishing wage rates for classifications, yearly wage increases, and annual bonuses. We expected to receive the Company's counter-proposal at the July 27, 2017 meeting, your wages and bonuses are core issues for this contract.

We are disappointed. The Company chose not to address wage issues.

While some minor progress was made on other issues, it truly was a disappointment that more progress was not made.

The Union will soon be asking each of you to step it up. Work safely.

The next meetings are scheduled for August 8, 2017 and August 9, 2017.
